Pressure Wax Removal Sintering Integrated Furnace
The pressure-assisted debinding and sintering integrated furnace combines processes such as positive and negative pressure debinding, atmosphere sintering, vacuum sintering, and pressure sintering, and is used for the sintering treatment of products like hard alloys and metal ceramics. It can operate in a vacuum, in an Ar/H2/CH4 gas environment, at temperatures up to 1600°C, and at pressures up to 100 bar. The uniform thermal field, advanced gas field distribution, and precisely controlled temperature curves ensure high product quality and high qualification rates. A debinding collection rate of up to 98% (paraffin) guarantees complete recovery of paraffin and significantly reduces contamination of vacuum pump oil, effectively extending the maintenance cycle of the vacuum pump.
Metal Ceramic Sintering Furnace
The metal ceramic sintering furnace features high safety, high uniqueness, and high portability. It has a variety of process gas inlet system combinations, a specially designed stable temperature field, a unique pressurization system, and a rapid cooling system design. It is primarily used for the sintering of metal ceramic materials.
Vacuum Sintering and Debinding Integrated Furnace
The vacuum degreasing sintering furnace is primarily used for the degreasing and sintering of products such as tungsten alloys and steel bonding materials. It can achieve both positive and negative pressure degreasing, atmosphere sintering, and vacuum sintering processes. It is capable of operating in a vacuum, as well as in Ar/H2/CH4 gas environments, at temperatures up to 1600 °C. The furnace shell features a double-layer water cooling design, making it suitable for the degreasing treatment of binders such as paraffin, rubber, and PEG, with a wax removal collection rate of up to 98% (for paraffin), ensuring complete recovery of paraffin while significantly reducing contamination of the vacuum pump oil, thereby effectively extending the maintenance cycle of the vacuum pump.
